Important: By using Swazi Host services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Swazi Host's services, including but not limited to web hosting, domain registration, business systems (Accounting, HRM, POS, etc.), BulkSMS services, and any other digital solutions provided by Swazi Host (PTY) LTD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Eswatini.

2. Services Description

Swazi Host provides various digital services including:

  • Web Hosting Services (Shared, Cloud, VPS, Dedicated, Reseller)
  • Domain Registration and Management
  • Business Systems (Accounting, HRM, POS, Property Management, etc.)
  • BulkSMS and SMS API Services
  • Website and Application Development
  • Digital Marketing and SEO Services
  • Technical Support and Consulting
3. Account Registration

3.1 You must be at least 18 years old to register for Swazi Host services.
3.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.4 You must notify Swazi Host immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.5 Swazi Host reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 All services are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
4.2 Accepted payment methods: EFT, MTN Mobile Money, Eswatini Bank transfers, and credit/debit cards.
4.3 Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
4.4 All prices are in Eswatini Lilangeni (SZL) unless otherwise stated.
4.5 Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing customers.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Swazi Host services for:

  • Illegal activities or content that violates Eswatini laws
  • Spamming, phishing, or malicious activities
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Hosting copyrighted material without permission
  • High-risk activities without proper authorization
  • Resource abuse that affects other customers
6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

6.1 Swazi Host guarantees 99.9% network uptime for hosting services.
6.2 Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 48 hours in advance.
6.3 Technical support is available 24/7 through designated channels.
6.4 Credits may be issued for extended downtime as per SLA details.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

7.1 Swazi Host complies with data protection regulations applicable in Eswatini.
7.2 Customer data is stored securely and treated as confidential.
7.3 Regular backups are performed for hosting services.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Swazi Host retains all rights to its software, systems, and proprietary technology.
8.2 Customers retain rights to their content hosted on our services.
8.3 You grant Swazi Host license to use your content for service provision purposes.
8.4 Swazi Host trademarks and logos may not be used without permission.

9. Termination

9.1 Either party may terminate services with proper notice.
9.2 Swazi Host may terminate services immediately for violations of these terms.
9.3 Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately.
9.4 Data may be permanently deleted 30 days after termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Swazi Host's liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
10.2 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10.3 We are not responsible for data loss - customers should maintain their own backups.
10.4 Force majeure events may affect service availability.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Disputes will first attempt to be resolved through negotiation.
11.2 Unresolved disputes will be subject to Eswatini laws and courts.
11.3 Arbitration may be used as an alternative dispute resolution method.

12. Changes to Terms

12.1 Swazi Host reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
12.2 Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
12.3 Major changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notifications.
